On the bench
Assembled, wired, and tuned.
RC cars, quads, and whatever else has a battery and a problem worth solving.
Same skills, different chassis.
An RC car is a drone with the lift taken out: a brushless motor, an ESC, a receiver, a battery and a pile of decisions about gearing and grip. Everything I learned keeping quads in the air transfers straight across — and it's a lot cheaper to crash.
Builds from a kit or from a box of parts, upgrades, wiring that won't shake loose, and the diagnostic work when something runs for thirty seconds and then doesn't. If it's electronic and it moves, I'm interested.

Something on your bench that won't cooperate?
Builds, upgrades and repairs — drones, RC, or anything else with an ESC in it.
